That same passion moved his father, Giuseppe Cesaro, to found, in the 1980s, the family business, entering the production of mattresses: a sector to which has always been fascinated.

A man of a thousand resources, who was able to convey a strong sense of responsability, the virtue of humility, determination, the importance of getting in game to his children: values that, even today, resonate with great force within the walls of the factory.

1980: On the hills of the Picentini Mountains, the Giuseppe Cesaro’s factory was born

In Montecorvino Rovella (SA), a small business has got its roots, a family business, specializing in the manufacture of mattresses, mainly with springs and wool.

At that time, the average daily production was close to 20 units, the industrial machineries are scarce and the manual skills are essential in the processes.

2000: The corporate metamorphosis and competitiveness.

The company shows significant growth, increasing the number of employees and the production capacity.

Industrial automation brings numerous advantages by optimizing activities manufacturing: the company manages to generate 100 units per day.

Nothing to envy to the competitors in the sector, fully satisfying the market demand.

2004: The 3 EMME ECO brand is born

Giuseppe Cesaro senses the changes in the market and discovers the need to create a clear and recognizable brand identity.

3 EMME ECO COMFORT mattresses go beyond the national borders, entering the bedrooms of all Europe.

2007: The origin of a real factory

The first computerized machines are placed in the factory especially for the processing of polyurethane, which, until then, was processed with manual cutters.

Giuseppe Cesaro’s dream finally becomes reality: in front of him, a structured industry, ready to take off.

2018: The ITALIAN BEDS brand is born

The exclusivity of the fabrics, materials, embroidery and seams offer a important added value, especially in foreign markets.

There is the need to stand out.

Therefore, the company presents a new look, with a universal character, without undermine their own identity.

The launch of a new brand represents the moment when the shape changes, but not the substance.

The modus operandi is transformed by focusing not only on the quality in choosing raw materials, but also on the differentiation and diversification of the production itself.

What lies behind the design of the logo ITALIAN BEDS?

The original idea come from a young family artist who attends a Salerno Art High School Intuition, curiosity and ingenuity push him to try his hand at design and in developing a sensational logo.

The blue color of the sky and the sea evokes the effect of harmony, relaxation, tranquility and comfort.

A combination of fantasy and genious leads to its conception: two letters, the initials of the brand, upside down and rounded, shape a bed, from which the inspiration is born.

2020: NEVER STOP DREAMING

ITALIAN BEDS produces up to 600 units of product per day, customizing the range according to different needs and working with designers, experts in the sector, both Italian and foreign.

It aims high, with the goal of expanding the offer, through a complete bed system, regenerating and aimed at well-being.

The opening to new horizons pushes ITALIAN BEDS more and more towards the processes of internationalization, to consolidate its presence in foreign markets and to discover other adventurous opportunities.
